Great service, but food needs improvement

We had a fun time, especially with the poolside snack bar and the amazing cab service! The staff were super friendly, and our room was cleaned well. But honestly, the food was a letdown. It was pretty repetitive and often not cooked right, making it hard to find good meals. That part was a real bummer.

My stay was ideal for city explorers, with naama bay just a short stroll away and captivating park views at cleo park nearby, making it easy to enjoy leisurely walks and soak in the local culture. however, the staff's helpfulness could use some improvement.

Excellent service stood out during my three-day stay, especially from Mahmoud at reception, who was both polite and helpful upon check-in. The all-inclusive dining offered a fabulous buffet with abundant choices, and I particularly enjoyed the Indian food. However, crossing a busy road to reach the beach was less than ideal, and the hotel could improve its signage for easy navigation. Additionally, some staff lacked the personal touch seen elsewhere in the resort.

Food was hit or miss. the buffet had limited options that didn't always impress. The Italian restaurant, unfortunately, didn’t meet expectations. The layout of the resort is great, but some facilities could use maintenance, as certain areas felt a bit worn. Shower temperature fluctuated, which was annoying. Wi-Fi was tricky to connect to, making it hard to stay in touch. Still, it was a relaxing break overall, and I enjoyed my time here despite the minor inconveniences.
